Our CrossFit 1298 Buggies 2 Barbell classes are designed especially for mums who are pre‑ or post‑natal, or simply ready to ease back into fitness with confidence. Each coach‑led session takes place in a supportive, safe environment where workouts are tailored to your individual needs and stage of recovery. Bring your baby, toddler, or child along — they’re always welcome — while you focus on rebuilding strength, boosting energy, and feeling like yourself again.
