Our kids and teens Crossfit programmes are designed to build strong, confident and resilient athletes. Far beyond lifting weights, Crossfit teaches proper movement, coordination and strength from experienced coaches in a fun and safe environment.
Whether young athletes are looking to excel in their specific sport, like football, basketball, gymnastics, swimming – or simply to lead a healthy and active lifestyle – Crossfit can provide this by being the foundation for success in sport and life. The methods we use to teach functional movements within our programme are broad, general and inclusive. Allowing anyone to learn, from the athlete who plays multiple sports, to the athlete who has never been exposed to exercise before.
Crossfit is more than a workout – It’s a training ground for life. By building the foundations now, kids and teens gain the tools they need to thrive in day to day life, their favourite sports, in school and beyond.
WHO'S IT FOR?
Crossfit Kids 1298 is for primary 1 – primary 7 children and Crossfit 1298 Teens are for S1-S6 young people. Age appropriate classes allow us to design a programme to help kids and teens achieve their goals.
