Gymnastics

focuses solely on beginner, intermediate and advanced levels of gymnastics progressions required for Crossfit.

combining speed, stamina and endurance with functional movements to create workouts that challenge you regardless of your fitness level.

Olympic lifting

Putting a strong focus on developing the proper technical foundation in both olympic lifts and strongman to help each individual lift to their maximum potential.

Designed for woman , Putting a strong focus on developing the proper technical foundation in all of the big lifts.
